Cheese Pizza

We've had so many great memories at the bowling alley that have included their very excellent food. Their salads are amazing, and my kids love their pizzas. All of our snooty SoCAl foodie friends comment on the quality of the food and the fun atmosphere. Always a hit.

Grilled Vegetable Wellington

I loved the grilled vegetable Wellington stuffed with roasted peppers, eggplant, etc with a gruyere cheese and ricotta oozing out. The tomatoe basil coulis added a really nice touch. The puff pastry on the outside was done perfectly. One of the special apps was a beautiful heirloom tomatoe salad of all colors with the most delicious dressing of really fine tasting olive oil, balsamic and a basil pesto of some sort. Great portions!! All of our party of four were very pleased with there dishes and beer from the tap and a bottle of wine. Our server... forgot his name but he had very blue eyes was very attentive and efficient. Nice to see happy smiling servers. Thank you chef "Fred" for another fine dining experience at the Mammoth "Brasserie"

Rigatoni Bolognese

This bolognese was too good to not come back for and didn't disappoint the second time around (thankfully since I talked it up so much)!

Wild Mixed Mushroom Strudel

My then-boyfriend and I had this delectable mushroom strudel as takeout during a special Valentine's Day menu during Covid lockdown. It was out-of-this-world delicious, mountains of marinated mushrooms, never got soggy in the slightest, and we found ourselves licking the sauce out of the containers at the end. Fast forward a few months, upon the restaurant's reopening, this is where he made surprise reservations for our engagement dinner right after he proposed. Although we strive to try new foods often, we just had to order this again. So glad we did! It was scrumptious! Plus, now it's special. We will go back to Rock 'N' Bowl time and again to have the perfect dish take us back to the perfect memories together. Besides this dish in particular, everything we've ever had there has been perfect. This is one very talented chef! See you again soon!

Rigatoni Bolognese

Had the Rigatoni Absolutely incredible! Husband had the elk and it was perfect. We rarely dine out and so the meal itself and the entire experience was fantastic.

Elk Medallions

Chef Fred is Tres Magnifique. The Brasserie is by far the best restaurant in Eastern Sierra, let alone Mammoth Lakes. Excellent food, great service, nice atmosphere topped with a magnificent view of the Sherwins. I am a foody and a local and achieves my highest recommendation. Well done Fred, keep it up and thanks for the culinary experience.

The chef makes classic french techniques shine. The symphany of flavors from the elk medallions to pasta to fish to a burger will simply satify every taste bud making your desire another spoonful! Add a bottle of wine perfectly paired for these dishes makes this a dining experience to have when visiting mammoth.
