Chef Fred is cooking again for your Sunday evening pleasure:
Bœuf Daube Provençal Jardinière de Légumes
Salad or Frangipane Dessert for 4
The entrée is a slow cooked beef in tomato and red wine sauce with olives on top of a medley of vegetables.
Salad comes with Chef's delicious house-made dressing.
Now, the dessert merits a little explanation. Frangipane is an almond paste in a puff pastry, but more importantly, it is Stephane's favorite and he has been pestering Chef to make it!
Price is $48 plus tax and dinner will feed 4!
